Morgans

Morgans is the powerful president of the World Economy News Paper and an influential emperor of the Underworld. He possesses the abilities of the Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Albatross Devil Fruit, which grants him the ability to transform into an albatross-human hybrid form. With his transformation, he becomes a tall figure covered in white feathers, with a large beak, wings that resemble human arms, and a large tail. He is often seen wearing a blue top hat with a large striped feather, a light blue button-down shirt with a yellow bow, red and white checkered pants, a dark cape, and shoes that fit his bird-like feet. In addition to his newspaper empire, Morgans has great control within the Underworld, and is recognized as an important figure by Emperor Big Mom. He also has close ties with the Germa army, as his newspaper features them as the main antagonists in a popular comic strip. Despite being a non-fighter, Morgans has impressive combat skills, demonstrated by his ability to defeat a Cipher Pol agent in seconds, and has remarkable willpower, able to withstand a blast of Big Mom's Haoshoku Haki. However, his human form and full beast form are still unknown.

 

After the Straw Hat Pirates successfully escaped Totto Land, Morgans wrote an article praising Luffy's actions, crediting him as the mastermind behind the attempted assassination of Big Mom, and declaring him as the "Fifth Emperor". Following the Levely gathering, Morgans visited the Red Port at the Red Line to see the royalty in attendance. He was captivated by the beauty of Princess Shirahoshi and noted the connection between her and the famous pirate brothers, Luffy, Ace, and Sabo, as well as Dragon, all of whom hail from the Goa Kingdom. Back at the World Economy News headquarters, Morgans was directing his employees on how to format the day's main story. Suddenly, his assistant Attach informed him of a letter from the World Government, which turned out to be a bribe to keep a certain matter hushed. Wapol

Tin-Plate Wapol was once the king of the Drum Kingdom, but he became a pirate after fleeing from his country when it was attacked by Blackbeard and his crew. He later went on to become the head of a successful toy company and married Kinderella. After two years, the World Nobles gave him his own kingdom, and he became the king of the Black Drum Kingdom. Wapol was the main villain of the Drum Island Arc and the antagonist of the ninth One Piece movie. He is also the central character in the Wapol's Omnivorous Hurrah Cover Page Serial.

Wapol is an overweight man with an unusual appearance, including dark violet hair and a jaw made of tin plates, which gave him his epithet. He has a unique ability to "eat" his body and become slim using his Slim-Up technique. During the Drum Island Arc, he wore tin-plate armor, a hooded cape made from White Walkie skin, and brown thick gloves. He also had purple and orange woolen shorts, a brown belt, and thick short boots. When he was the ruler of Drum Peak, he wore a similar outfit but with a gray shirt instead of armor and gloves without fur on the upper edge. After the two-year timeskip, Wapol appeared in a different outfit as the king of the Black Drum Kingdom. He donned a different shirt and a skirt with a black pattern, paired with sharp, black pointy sandals. Nefertari Vivi

Nefertari Vivi is the princess of the Alabasta Kingdom, the daughter of Nefertari Cobra and Titi. During her childhood, Vivi was a part of the Suna Suna Clan and served as the vice-leader under her friend Koza's leadership. She first appeared as one of the main villains in the Reverse Mountain Arc as a Bounty Hunter, using the Baroque Works codename "Miss Wednesday." At that time, she was teamed up with fellow Frontier Agent, Mr. 9. However, after the events of the Whisky Peak Arc, Vivi and her pet Karoo joined the Straw Hat Pirates, after it was revealed that she was working undercover to undermine Baroque Works. After successfully defeating Baroque Works, Vivi chose to stay in her home country but remains a beloved member of the Straw Hat crew.

She also played a significant role in the Levely Arc as her father's companion. Presently, Vivi is being held at the headquarters of the World Economy News Paper, unknown to the public. As news of Luffy's adventures in Totto Land spreads, Vivi reads about it in the newspaper. She has also formed close bonds with Rebecca and Shirahoshi, becoming friends. The Arabasta Kingdom delegation later arrived at Mary Geoise, where Vivi made friends with Rebecca, Leo, and Shirahoshi due to their connection to Luffy. However, Vivi's mood took a downturn when Wapol approached and insulted her. Dalton stepped in and chased Wapol away, which made Vivi happy to see him and Kureha again. During their stay at the castle, a World Noble named Charlos attempted to kidnap Shirahoshi. Vivi was incensed and spoke out against the noble and the CP0, who were allowing such actions to occur. When Neptune was about to attack the noble and the CP0, Vivi tried to stop him from acting recklessly. She then witnessed as Donquixote Mjosgard, another World Noble, intervened on Shirahoshi's behalf, striking Charlos with a spiked mace, and apologizing to Neptune for Charlos' behavior. After Charlos was taken away, Pell came to apologize to Vivi for not being by her side during the incident. Vivi then asked about her father and was told by Pell that Cobra had received a letter from Fujitora and was in a meeting with the admiral and Riku Doldo III. During the Levely, Vivi went missing and her father, Cobra, was believed to have been assassinated by Sabo. However, Vivi was revealed to be alive and being protected by Morgans on his airship, alongside Wapol, for an unknown reason.

Will One Piece Introduce Vampire Characters Soon?

Even though it might not have been confirmed yet, we can already see that Stussy has demonstrated Vampire abilities. But when she was described and introduced, she is said to be the first successful human clone of MADS. So this means that she is biologically human and how she managed to have Vampire powers, for now, remains a mystery. As we know from mythological stories, humans could be affected by vampire powers through bites. So whether something like this comes from eating a devil fruit power or if it is some sort of a vampire that had turned her also remains a mystery.

The upcoming chapters might reveal more about this. And it will be even more interesting if we get to see a race of Vampires appearing or being talked about, even though that might be somewhat unlike Oda’s storytelling antiques. Then soon, we will find out what is going on. One Pece has revolved around devil fruit powers for a long time. To a point where characters who have no devil fruit powers but can fight toe to toe with anyone have been idolized and admired. Talk of characters like Garp, Roger, and Shanks who have already attained their legendary status. Since One Piece manga is in its final stages, then it will be more interesting if Sutusssy’s powers turn out to be something different from Devil Fruit’s abilities. With that, we should hope to get more information on Miss Stussy Buckingham soon. Otherwise, we might have longer to wait to clear up such a Mystery. This information might affect what stories come next should Oda decides to tell them for longer. Mentioning the name of the legendary Rocks Pirates in One Piece is like opening a can of worms that we might not even finish debating about it. Because for now, we don’t know much about the crew except that it took Roger and Garp’s efforts to bring this delinquent crew to an end. And mentioning even just one of their members would mean that they will have a huge impact on the storyline. Currently, a lot of things are going on in One Piece such that Oda can not tell it all at once. We have Law vs. Blackbeard that recently took place. And Blackbeard ends up Kidnapping Koby, then Garp is on his way to save him. Then we have Kuma, who is climbing up the Red line. On the other hand, the Straw Hats are trying to escape Egg Head with Vegapunk, who has a lot of stories to tell. Then Admiral Kizaru is on his way to stop the straw hats with his fleet. And now we have just heard about Miss Stussy Buckingham. Already we can tell that there are a lot of changes that will be coming with the manga chapters up ahead.

One Piece Chapter 1072 Theory / Release Dates

In chapter #1072 of One Piece, Kuma has a plan and everybody got it years ago. What I didn't consider, instead, is that the plan will probably be shared and developed along with vegapunk, while Dragon or the world government just didn't have a clue about what it is.

My 2 cents: Punk is gonna blow a high value tactical strike to the World Government, like stealing a proof, a document, kidnapping a person with Kuma's power, something that only him could do and that's the very reason behind is transformation: a Trojan horse, with the right power for the right job. I don't think that he went suicide mode, nor that he's starting a pure military operation. Come on, you just escaped Mary Geoise and there you go, to the Red port again. Come on!

Monkey D. Garp's Resolve

I think Garp is going to Egghead, though, for two reasons.
1: Law is already fighting Blackbeard, so there's no proof Koby is even on Hachinosu. The Marines know this, and once Garp finds out, he might reconsider attacking the island.
2: Garp probably doesn't know that Luffy is on Egghead, yet. Once he finds out his crazy grandson is involved with CP0 and Vegapunk, I think Garp will show up.

Oda is pairing Helmeppo with Hibari a lot. Imagine Helmeppo ends up marrying and banging Akainu's daughter? LOLOLOLOLOL alright, why not.

One Piece 1072: Mysterious Ally

The mysterious ally is hiding from the world government/Marines so he could very well be Scopper Gaban. As Roger's Navigator he is possibly the only man in the world with the know how to navigate to Laugh Tale and that's why the world government is gunning for his head.

Maybe he'll play a similar role to Rayleigh back in Sabaody and help Vega and the strawhats escape by stalling Kizaru. As for who shut down the protective dome he's clearly a hidden enemy on Egghead. He should be someone belonging to another faction, very like the Blackbeard pirates. I think it's either Lafitte or Shiryu as they are the ones with infiltration skills/power.

Scopper Gaban was a member of the Roger Pirates. Gaban is a tall, well-built man with long black hair. His hair is tied in a bushy ponytail in the back, while two thin strands of hair fall over his face. He is always seen wearing a pair of round, black sunglasses. 27 years ago, he wore a long-sleeved blue shirt with white stripes on each sleeve, which was only held closed at the middle with one button. In the anime, he was initially depicted in this outfit with lighter colored hair, silver sunglasses and a purple shirt with a yellow stripe on the collar and down each arm. 26 years ago, he initially wore a yellow t-shirt with two orange blotch-like patterns on the right side, blue pants, and a purple sash. He then wore a purple shirt, orange pants and a pale-yellow sash.  Gaban can be very quick to get to the point, as he proposed stopping the rampaging Kozuki Oden early on before the samurai could cause more damage to the crew. He was also the first to voice the crew's dissatisfaction towards Oden after the latter joined the Roger Pirates. Gaban does not seem to care for small talk, cutting Neptune off when he started talking about Shyarly's popularity across Fish-Man Island.

 

As a long-time member of the Roger Pirates, he understands Roger better than most and knows it is pointless to convince him to run from an enemy. Gaban seems to hold his captain to a high standard and tried to stop him from bowing his head to Whitebeard. Gaban appears to have been a prominent figure in terms of strength and authority, as he was shown leading the charge alongside Rayleigh during the crew's last battle with the Whitebeard Pirates.

In the anime, Gaban was shown to be strong enough to clash on even terms with soon-to-be crewmate Kozuki Oden, one of the strongest-ever samurai from Wano. Gaban wields a pair of axes as his main weapon. The axes are single bit, with a large axe head and a plain handle.

Who’s The Mysterious Woman Scientist In MADS

MADS was an illegal scientific research institute that was active at least over 24 years ago. There were five significant members of MADS: Dr. Vegapunk, currently considered the world's greatest scientist and head of the Marines' SSG; Caesar Clown, the man behind the creation of SMILEs; Vinsmoke Judge, the supreme commander of Germa 66 and king of Germa Kingdom; and Queen, a cyborg and one of the Beasts Pirates All-Stars, top executives handpicked by Kaidou of the Four Emperors to lead his forces. An unidentified person was also a member of the group in the past. Aside from these five, a number of other scientists or assistants were a part of the group. All of the known members have been proven to be brilliant researchers in their own right, holding high status in the organizations they currently belong to and being responsible for various scientific breakthroughs, including cybernetics, artificial Devil Fruits, gigantification, cloning, and artificial diseases. The MADS research was financed by Du Feld, the Loan Shark King of the Underworld. The mysterious woman. Who could she be? I’ll list what I’ve seen being speculated and offer my thoughts.

Stussy
        The looks are there (especially the stockings), I agree. Her being sensitive about her true age is another thing working in favour of this theory. She’s also looking into a different direction, which could point to her being a traitor.
        People also argued that this might be why she knew about Egghead. I gotta disagree on that though. Egghead isn’t a thing at this point in time and it won’t be for a while. Judge also didn’t react upon seeing her in Whole Cake Island. Her knowledge about Egghead can also be easily explained by Egghead being a World Government island, meaning some CP(0) agents must’ve been there while it started or visited from time to time. Lucci talking about the ships that were destroyed also points to CP regulary visiting Egghead, so maybe that was her job for a while. Stussy is also a bigshot in the criminal underworld, so that’d give her information about MADS among other things regarding Vegapunk as well.
       

 Furthermore, I don’t think Oda would’ve shown us her back if it was her that’d be a little weird. Thena gain, Oda sometimes likes the obvious answer to be the right one. Also, if Stussy switched sides or started being CP0’s main act for the reaminder of Egghead, this would work well.

Kureha

    Candidate for best doctor, so that’d work. Showing her from behind because she was about 100 years old and didn’t want her picture taken could also work. This could lead to theories regarding Chopper’s devil fruit and why Blackbeard visited Drum Kingdom. I don’t think it’s as likely though since this wouldn’t really be such a shocking reveal that needed to be hidden for now.

Bakkin (Weevil’s Mom)

    Weevil does kinda look like a Whitebeard Seraphim gone wrong, the scar also points to a surgeon’s attempt at creating Frankenstein’s monster. This would tie Weevil and her into the story nicely, so I wouldn’t mind this.

Luffy’s Mom

    I guess? Could tie her into the story and explain how she got to know Dragon via Vegapunk.

Sora (Sanji’s Mom)

    Sora presumably created the andidote that removed all negative side effects of Judge’s modifications on Sanji without really affecting the positives it only took longer for them to kick in. That might point to her being the actual ultimate doctor during that time.
    She resembles Stussy (might be related, blue eyes and blonde, similar facial features but that might just be Oda’s Namiface#0473, same blood type as well), so anything in favour of Stussy regarding the apperance works for Sora as well.
    She’s next to Judge, her future husband.

Cipher Pol Aigis

CP0 is the strongest of all Cipher Pol units, even surpassing the assassination specialists of CP9. It is said the when CP0 is active, world shaking events are about to occur. Much is unknown about the agents and their abilities; however, the members of the group are shown to be masters of Rokushiki and are proficient in Haki as Lucci, Kaku, Stussy, Blueno and Kalifa learned Busoshoku and Kenbunshoku Haki. The agents who wear masks are among the most elite fighters of CP0, stated to be in a class of their own.

 

A masked member of CP0 is easily capable of defeating even an Ancient Giant. A group of masked agents consisting of Rob Lucci, Kaku and Stussy were referred to as Masked Assassins, but it is unknown whether this title is for masked agents in general. They work directly under the command of the World Nobles. They have strong intel over a myriad of subjects concerning the World Government, including the Artificial Devil Fruit Vegapunk created with Kaidou's Lineage Factor and X Drake's true allegiance. CP0 is in possession of at least one battleship, which was used to transport three of the agents to Dressrosa. The ship features the words "AIGIS" and "CP0" painted on the sails alongside the World Government insignia. The organization also summoned an entire fleet of ships in their mission to take over Wano Country, but it is unknown whether all of these ships belong directly to CP0.

One Piece Trivia

 The "Aigis" in "Cipher Pol Aigis Zero" may be derived from the Aegis, a mythological shield associated with Zeus and Athena shown as a short goatskin cloak. Athena's aegis is usually shown with a border of snakes and with the head of Medusa in the center. It is more an emblem of protection and power than an actual military shield.
    The three unidentified CP agents who met Carmel wear white outfits and tribal masks, features they share with most of other CP0 agents, although they are not confirmed as members of it.
    Kalifa and Blueno were originally not planned to be members of CP0, but Eiichiro Oda was convinced by the One Piece Film: Red staff to include them. However, Oda emphasized that the two do not wear masks, and are thus lower rank compared to the elite masked agents.
    CP0 is written as "CP AISIS 0" in One Piece Volume 777.

Borsalino

Borsalino, more commonly known by his alias Kizaru, is an admiral in the Marines. After Aokiji resigned from the Marines and Akainu was promoted to fleet admiral, Kizaru is now the only remaining admiral from the previous trio. Kizaru ate the Pika Pika no Mi, a Logia-type Devil Fruit that allows him to create, control, and transform his body into light. Among other things, he is able to move, travel, and perform kicks at the speed of light, shoot laser beams, and blind his opponents. For offense, Kizaru can shoot powerful laser beams from his fingertips and the bottoms of his feet, which can easily pierce through flesh and/or set off massive, heat-based explosions. He can fire a single laser with pinpoint accuracy or unleash a massive gatling of laser bullets over a wide area. Kizaru's main style of combat involves kicking at the speed of light. By turning his body into light, Kizaru can move at lightspeed, allowing him to maneuver around the battlefield without his enemies being able to keep up unless they have sufficiently well-developed Kenbunshoku Haki. He can make his light body shift in place, allowing him to instantly reposition himself at a different location on the battlefield, and can also send out a beam of light that he can merge with and travel on to reach an intended location. Said light beam can only follow a straight line, though it can be reflected off of surfaces in a mirror-like fashion, allowing the beam (and thus Kizaru) to travel in zigzag. His lightspeed mobility lets Kizaru enhance his melee attacks. By moving his leg at the speed of light, the admiral's kicks can be given massive weight and momentum, greatly increasing their power and allowing Kizaru to deal tremendous damage to opponents with individual blows.

Additionally, Kizaru can stun and blind his opponents by emitting super-bright flashes of light, as well as, for close-quarters combat, "solidify" light into the shape of a massive sword to wield by hand against an enemy swordsman. As a marine admiral, Kizaru is a highly skilled Haki user. Borsalino possesses the ability to use Kenbunshoku Haki. Through his Devil Fruit, Kizaru can also create a sword made of light. As an admiral, Kizaru ranks second only to Fleet Admiral Sakazuki (formerly Sengoku) in the Marines, holding power over the many thousands of junior personnel. His authority entails commanding fleets, having sway on the overall strategy of headquarters, and issuing special-purpose orders like a Buster Call to destroy any island he judges a threat, or temporarily passing on to others such privileges. The admiral being able to exercise these authorities duly and efficiently bespeaks a great deal of military leadership and coordination skills on his part. As a combatant, Kizaru is among the strongest characters to appear in the story, he and his two admiral peers being crowned the World Government's "Greatest Military Force". Kizaru's mere presence was enough to cause a mass panic on the Sabaody Archipelago, inducing its pirate population (including most of the Supernovas present at the time) to flee. While on the island, Kizaru was able to overwhelm four of said Supernovas Basil Hawkins, Urouge, X Drake, and Scratchmen Apoo with minimal effort (albeit individually), defeating each of them in single attack after none had been able to so much as touch him (sans one of them with invisible surprise attacks that, nonetheless, proved completely ineffectual at hurting the admiral). Thereafter, Kizaru entered into one-on-one sword combat with an old Silvers Rayleigh, the former "Right Hand of the Pirate King". In fact, while the pirate looked tired, Kizaru seemed calm and perfectly lucid, thanks to his younger age compared to the enemy, after that he was seen unharmed (with only a small cut on his cheek). Kizaru would go on, before leaving Sabaody, to capture a total of 500 pirates.

Señor Pink

Senor Pink is a tall, obese man with brown eyes, large lips, dark shaggy hair, and a double chin. He wears a pink bonnet and purple aviator sunglasses, and carries a yellow pacifier in his mouth. He also wears a blue scarf with white polka dots around his neck with a pink bib underneath it. He wears a purple cut off, sleeveless shirt with the logo "Let's Baby" in yellow on it, and what appears to be small swim trunks with stars all over it that are folded over to resemble a diaper. The baby outfit is a homage to his late infant son. Senor Pink ate the Sui Sui no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows him to swim through solid ground and through walls. This grants him the ability to move underground and through structures to attack at unsuspecting angles and avoid attacks. This power also allows him to infiltrate enemy bases and commit assassinations. As an officer of the Donquixote Pirates, Senor Pink held authority over the crew's lower-ranking members. He is powerful enough to frequently participate in the Corrida Colosseum's tournaments, where the caliber of the fighters is very high. It is said that when Senor Pink and the other three officers of the Diamante Army enter the tournament, they have a 100% chance of victory. Pink is quite perceptive, as he saw through Franky's body design, and realized that the cyborg's back remains unmodified, and therefore, a glaring weakness. He possesses great superhuman strength, as he was able to wrestle and knock down Franky, a very large and heavy cyborg. He is extremely durable and has vast amounts of stamina, as he survived a direct hit from Franky's rocket with only minor injuries and burns, and retained consciousness after being struck by Franky's Strong Hammer thirty times. He has great skill in wrestling and hand-to-hand combat, and can use it in combination with his Devil Fruit powers to perform devastating attacks that caused extreme damage to Franky despite his cybernetically enhanced body with a strong level of resistance to even firearms and artillery.

When he was 30 years old, Senor Pink was much slimmer than his present self. He wore a dark-colored suit with a floral shirt, and his hair was neatly combed, showcasing the signs of a well-dressed gentleman. Shortly after the death of Rosinante, Pink adopted his current appearance of dressing as an infant due to it making his comatose wife smile. By age 36, he gained extra weight after falling into depression having started the formation of his portly figure, his shirt was light-colored and the logo "Let's Baby" was dark-colored. In the present, it is the other way around with "Don't Cry" printed on the back. As a child, Senor Pink wore a dark-colored shirt with dirty pants, and he sported numerous bruises on his face. He is surrounded by many women who seem to be extremely fond of him. However, he claims to be too old for them; advising them to find someone younger, despite dressing himself as an infant. He is also shown to have some manner of indecency as he had no qualms about ripping a woman's bra off in order to wipe his mouth, which does not seem to deter the women's admiration of him, and using a shoe brush to brush his teeth. The women who admire him, as well as others, often remark he is "hard-boiled", while his male underlings equally praise how cool he tends to act. He seems to care about his comrades, as he took a direct hit from Franky's Rocket Launcher on purpose so that Machvise would not take damage, as he was vulnerable after having tried to crush Franky. He seems to have both a cruel and a compassionate side, calling Sugar useless one moment but then worrying about her safety the next. He is also a very proud man, as he refuses to use his ability to run away from his enemies. He even promised that if Franky could survive his strongest attack, he would admit defeat, a promise well kept. That compassionate side seems to show again, as Franky was able to trick Pink into abandoning the fight when Franky lied that he heard a woman in trouble nearby. Although Pink was angry at being tricked, he was relieved there was not actually a woman in trouble. He continues to show this side of himself such as how he protects a random cat during the middle of battle, something which made even Franky cry in admiration. His love for his wife was so strong, that he would hide his pirate career from her, as she hates pirates. However, his steadfast loyalty to his crew made it impossible for him to leave them either, forcing him to juggle between his two families. When she found out and left him, he became heartbroken, and did everything to regain her smile, even if it means dressing up like their deceased son by wearing infant clothing. Even when everyone else laughed at him for it, calling him a pervert and believing that he became so because of his loss of his wife and son, he easily brushed it all off due to the love for his wife. Overall, Senor Pink can be considered one of the kinder members of the Donquixote Family. Despite dressing like a baby and sucking on a pacifier, and his love for his late son, he claims to not like children.
